There is no middle ground with foie gras – you like it or you don’t. But if you do, then Las Vegas is a hot spot to find a broad spread of different dishes featuring this delicacy. We searched the web to find the current and delicious offerings and then ranked them based on creativity.   2. That “custard ‘brulee'” looks delicious! I haven’t ever been to Las Vegas, Nevada; but when I visit, I’ll be sure to look for something that looks just like that! What’s your favorite restaurant? I usually enjoy going to lunch buffet places.

    • Bazaar Meats is our current favorite in Vegas, but in general we also like lunch buffet places. In our local neighborhood we have a Salvadorean restaurant that doesn’t disappoint and we often bring visiting friends there, so I suppose that’s a favorite as well 🙂 -August
